Gentleman in his 40's with melanoma of the left cheek. He had wide resecetion and sentinel node biopsy to make sure disease had not spread to the lymph nodes.  The two pictures on the right show him after a single stage cheek advancement flap.

Woman in her 60's with a 1.5 cm ciucular defect of the left cheek abutting the nasal sidewall after removal of basal cell carcinoma skin cancer.  She had a lower cheek rotational flap to close the defect.

Gentleman in his 70's with a 3 cm mid cheek wound after resection of squamous cell carcinoma skin cancer.
